Day 1: Sfax – Toujane – Matmata – Tamazret – Douz:

Start your adventure pickup from your Hotel in Sfax.Our first stop is Toujane to explore a charming Berber village nestled in the mountains of southern Tunisia. Famous for its traditional stone houses, spectacular landscapes, and authentic local atmosphere, Toujane offers a glimpse into Tunisia’s rich Berber heritage. Enjoy a walk through the village and admire the panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.Next, we head to Matmata, known for its unique troglodyte dwellings.Visit Sidi Idriss hotel, a troglodyte hotel used in Star Wars film decor, showcasing traditional underground architecture break for lunch.Then continue to visit a local family still leaving in a troglodyte house, enjoy a warm welcome at a local homestay with rosemary tea, fresh bread, olive oil, and honey. Continue to Douz, the gateway to the Sahara, with a stop in Tamazret, a Berber village for a panoramic photo. Arrive in Douz, renowned for its vast oasis, where you’ll stay overnight at a Sahara camp. A walk on foot in the dunes around the camp, if you're lucky you'll catch the sunset. Take part of the experience traditional bread cooked on the sand and eating delicious nomad dinner, and, finish with a clear starry night.

Day 2: Douz – Salt Lake – Sidi Bouhlel –Tozeur – Chebika – Tamerza – Mides – Sfax

Wake up to a desert sunrise and breakfast by the dunes. Journey to Tozeur, crossing the Chott El Djerid, a Salt Lake steeped in legend, a pit stops for panoramic photos. Then drive to Sidi Bouhlel canyon, is a spectacular canyon, famous for its dramatic landscapes and rocky cliffs known as the filming location of several famous movies, including Star Wars. we can enjoy a short walk through the canyon and admire the unique scenery of southern Tunisia. Head to Chebika picturesque mountain oasis famous for its natural springs, lush palm trees, and spectacular landscapes. Enjoy a walk through the old village and admire the breathtaking views over the. Continue to Tamerza to see its waterfall, then to Mides, famous for its canyons. Enjoy a local lunch.
Return to your city of departure, filled with unforgettable memories from your Sahara and Tunisia exploration.
