In the afternoon, leave the city behind and head to a local olive farm during the harvest season. Meet local farmers, learn how olives are traditionally collected, and take part in the harvest yourself. Enjoy fresh local bread with olive oil before discovering how olives are transformed into oil.

Visit a modern olive oil mill to see the extraction process, then discover traditional olive pressing using stone mills. Finish the experience by tasting local olive oil, with the opportunity to purchase authentic Tunisian olive oil directly from the producer.
